We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Building Maintenance Technician to join our A&N Team. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in construction, repairs and equipment upkeep who takes pride in keeping our buildings, shop and equipment running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Electrical work ( basic trouble shooting, lighting and minor wiring)
Drywall repair, patching, and finishing
Painting (interior and exterior)
Concrete repairs and small projects
Garage/shop organization
Equipment organization and tracking
Mange equipment sign in and sign out for crews
Assist mechanic with basic maintenance and repairs as needed
Maintain clean,organized workspaces and storage areas
Assist with property improvements and upgrades
Building special project for A&N Garden and Greenhouse
Occasionally assist crews on job sites ( Construction support)
Requirements:
Experience in construction or building maintenance
Basic mechanical knowledge( equipment maintenance a plus)
Knowledge of electrical, drywall, and general repair work
Ability to operate tools and equipment safely
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to lift 60 lbs and work in various conditions
