. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for regression testing using tools such as Karate, Selenium, Cucumber, and Postman
. Execute and manage comprehensive regression test suites across multiple releases
. Perform manual testing where automation is not feasible, ensuring full test coverage
. Lead and coordinate an offshore team of 3–4 QA resources, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance oversight
. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies
. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution
. Continuously improve automation coverage, efficiency, and reliability of test processes
. Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
. Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements within the banking domain
. Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and metrics to stakeholders
. Strong experience in test automation and regression testing in enterprise environments
. Hands-on expertise with one or more automation tools: Karate, Selenium, Cucumber, Postman
. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar
. Experience in both automation and manual testing methodologies
. Proven ability to lead and manage offshore QA teams (3–4 members)
. Solid understanding of test frameworks, API testing, and UI testing
. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

. Experience in banking and financial services domain
. Exposure to real estate finance or mortgage-related systems

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $176,300.00.
